Name, date of birth, gender, occupation, and other profile details
Contact information: email, phone number, mailing address
Payment information: credit card, bank account, e-wallet data (only last four digits retained)
Photos or images, including profile or reward submissions
Identity verification documents if required (e.g., government ID, Tax ID)
Any other information submitted via forms, communications, surveys, or quests

B. Information from Connected Services

Your ID and public profile from connected services (e.g., Steam, Discord, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Bilibili)
Additional information you allow to be shared via the connected service’s privacy settings
Use of connected platforms is subject to their own Terms and Privacy Policies

C. Information We Collect Automatically

Referrer URLs, IP addresses, server logs, and access timestamps
Device identifiers including cookies, ADID, IDFA, or similar technologies
Mobile app usage, including actions and traffic analytics
Cookies and similar technologies (you may opt out where supported)

2. How We Use This Information

To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service
To create and manage user accounts, process payments, and deliver rewards
To verify identity and prevent fraud or abuse
To track usage patterns and activity for analytics and service improvement
To serve, measure, and personalize advertisements or recommendations

To enforce our Terms, policies, or legal obligations

Username, account creation date, and quest achievements may be displayed on your profile
Verified account info may be displayed if you connect a service

Service providers, payment processors, and advertising partners may access data only to perform authorized tasks
Collaborators or Quest creators may access limited information under confidentiality obligations

Users under 18 are not permitted to use PlayQuest independently.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If discovered, we promptly delete such data.

6. Data Retention

Personal data is retained as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Aggregated, anonymized, or pseudonymized data may be retained indefinitely for analytics, security, or legal purposes.

7. Your Rights

Users may access, correct, or request deletion of personal information, subject to legal obligations.
A processing fee of USD $10 may apply per disclosure request to cover administrative costs.
EU/EEA users may object to processing and lodge complaints with local data protection authorities or the UK ICO.

8. Notifications and Marketing

Transaction-related emails and service notifications may be sent automatically.
Marketing communications are opt-in; you may opt out anytime via account settings.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including Google user data, against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Measures include:

Encryption: HTTPS/TLS in transit and encryption at rest where applicable
Access Controls: Restricted access to authorized employees and contractors
Data Minimization: Only necessary data is stored and processed

We never sell or share Google user data with third parties except as outlined in this Policy, and we comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be notified via email or website. If required by law, we will obtain renewed consent before applying such changes. New versions do not apply retroactively. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
